Thank you Jacelyn AND Amélia for your assistances and for proposing the dress that was made for me! One thing's for sure, Jacelyn, you know your work as a stylist. I was very stressed when I arrived and you reassured me! You asked me to choose wedding dresses and I took some that I thought were beautiful. But once on me, they absolutely did not enhance me, I was very disappointed. And then, you asked me if you could suggest to me a dress, I answered yes, at the same time, I had nothing to lose. You took among all these dresses, a dress that I had not looked at because I did not like this style of dress and then the color, I did not have that in my mind. I put it on, there were nothing to be reajust because it suited me PERFECTLY, but I couldn't see myself yet...I left the fitting room, I saw my friend Colin's eyes and smile, he’s my wedding planner and then I saw myself…BINGO…It was HER, MY DRESS. I wanted to have the opinion of mum who hadn't been able to be there because she was in Belgium at that time (yes I'm from Belgium), you didn't hesitate to take a live video, so that my mother could be there, even far away.
I would have missed out on my dress, if you didn't know your work... I say 10000000000000 x THANK YOU for embellishing one of the most beautiful days of my life. I am waiting for the official photos but in the meantime…. ;-)

Merci Jacelyn ET Amélia de m’avoir assisté et proposé la robe faite pour moi ! Une chose est sûre, Jacelyn, tu connais ton métier en tant que styliste. J’étais très stressée en arrivant et tu m’as rassuré ! Tu m’as demandé de choisir des robes de mariées et j’en ai pris quelques-unes que je trouvais magnifiques. Mais une fois sur moi, elles ne me mettaient absolument pas en valeur, j’étais très déçue. Et puis, tu m’as demandé si tu pouvais me proposer une robe, j’ai répondu oui, en même temps, je n’avais rien à perdre. Tu as pris parmi toutes ces robes, une robe que je n’avais pas regardé car je n’aimais pas ce style de robe et ensuite la couleur, je n’avais pas cela en tête. Je l’ai enfilé, rien à reprendre sur moi, elle m’allait PARFAITEMENT, mais je ne me voyais pas encore…je suis sortie de la cabine d’essayage, j’ai vu les yeux et le sourire de mon ami Colin, wedding planner et puis je me suis vue….BINGO…C’était ELLE, MA ROBE. Je voulais avoir l’avis de maman qui n’avait pas pu être là car elle était en Belgique à ce moment-là (oui je viens de Belgique), tu n’as pas hésité à filmer en direct pour que ma mère puisse être là, même au loin.
Je serai passée à côté de ma robe, si tu ne connaissais pas ton travail…je te dis 10000000000000 x MERCI d’avoir embelli un des plus beaux jours de ma vie. J’attends les photos officielles mais en attendant …. ;-)

This was such a lovely fitting experience and would highly recommend it. My favourite dress was picked by the assistant so they know what they are doing. Also there is gin. I didn't end up going with the dress, but it was still my favourite fitting experience. Just be aware that their modifications are not done in-house, and you would have to travel to another place for that. They don't allow photos, so it was difficult to keep those dresses in mind for comparisons.

Once Worn was the first place I went to start my wedding dress journey and WOW, I couldn't have started at a better place!
From the start Ingrid made me feel so welcome and put me at ease. She was extremely professional, friendly and genuinely interested in my journey.
Her advice was very valuable and her passion for her work makes her extremely competent. She made an overwhelming task much easier for me.
Since the first time I made contact with them, their communication was also very good and made me feel like a priority.
There is also a large selection of dresses, each one of them more beautiful than the other!
I would recommend Once Worn to any bride, ány day!

I had such a wonderful experience and Ingrid was a star! I felt very comfortable during my fitting and felt like I was heard and understood. Small little touches like the gin and tonic and the little welcome sign with my name on made it even more special.

Finding your perfect wedding dress can be quite nerve-wracking and anxiety-inducing, but boy oh boy does Once Worn make the experience so much better! The ladies that work there are pros at putting you at ease, making you feel beautiful and creating the calming environment for you to focus on what truly matters. Forever grateful <3
